Tom brings more than 30 years of real estate industry experience to his role as Vice President, Commercial Account Executive. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for fostering strong industry relationships and helping clients successfully navigate complex commercial real estate transactions.

Working closely with developers, housing authorities, investors, lenders, attorneys, brokers, and other real estate professionals, Tom provides strategic title and escrow solutions for a wide range of transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, refinances, development projects, 1031 exchanges, and multi-property and multi-state portfolios. His extensive industry knowledge, combined with Fidelity National Title's national platform and resources, enables him to help clients identify opportunities, mitigate risk, and move transactions efficiently from contract to closing.

As a Colorado native, Tom has witnessed the state's remarkable growth and evolution firsthand. He understands the critical role commercial real estate plays in creating vibrant communities and supporting economic development, and he is passionate about serving as a trusted resource to clients across the commercial real estate landscape.

Beyond his professional responsibilities, Tom is actively involved in organizations that support the growth and advancement of Colorado's housing and real estate industries, including Housing Colorado, the Colorado Homeownership Coalition, and the Colorado Mortgage Lenders Association.

When he isn't working with clients or attending industry events, Tom enjoys spending time outdoors with family and friends and taking advantage all that Colorado has to offer.
