Katie Nobel serves as Vice President, Account Executive for National Commercial Services, Colorado, where she handles sales for commercial transactions across the country. With a steadfast and knowledgeable approach to her work, Katie has a built a satisfying career in developing client relationships and creating solutions for her customers across Colorado and national commercial markets.

Before joining Fidelity in 2016, Katie worked for Stewart Title Commercial Services as a Business Development Officer. Prior to 2014, Katie worked as a Marketing Coordinator at Avison Young and a Broker Assistant at Unique Properties. These past positions and working in the title business for 7 years have developed Katie’s expertise in the real estate industry.
 
When Katie is not assisting customers with their title transaction needs, she serves as the President of CREW’s Denver Chapter and is also a member of NAIOP, ULI and DMCAR. She also tries to find ways to serve her community at large by engaging in fundraising efforts for Habitat for Humanity and The Gathering Place.
